Mother's Day Weekend

Mother's Day weekend we headed to the ranch for some cooler weather and family fun. The highlight of the trip for Blake was mowing the very large lawn with Daddy. He is still talking about it!

We ran down to the tractor barn several times for the kids to climb:)
Daddy and Emmie-Belle

Sonora may have needed the trip more than anyone. She is still tired!

Just hangin' out on the hay bales.

Time for a snack! Strawberries!

Mmmmmmm

This boy was having fun!

One of my favorite views of all time:)

"Cheers!"

One of my new favorite pictures. Emerson enjoying the cool breeze:)

We decided to take a day trip to Williams. And, lucky us! Who knew that it just happened to be National Train Day! The kids (who are obsessed with Thomas the Train) were in heaven. They got to climb on real trains and play with and see lots of train sets. Very cool!

This is a first-class train from the 50's that traveled from New York to New Orleans.

Then we stopped to explore the woods and let the kids and dog run before the drive back to the ranch.

The mornings were cold, but the afternoon was the perfect time to bust out the bathing suits for the first time. FUN!

Jeremy showed the kids how to fly a kite. Emerson was very interested.

Love her freaked out expression on this one-

As we were leaving Emerson said, "More ranch please, Mommy." I was thinking the same thing!
